Involvement and Co-Production is an important part of what we do at the Inspire Mental Health Consortium.

Co-Production is all about service users with lived experience contributing to the on-going design and development of Mental Health Recovery & Wellbeing in Tower Hamlets.

To find out more and better understand what Co-Production & Involvement is all about, please watch the video below.  This video has been Co-Produced by our team!

If you would like to speak to someone about how you can get involved with the Involvement & Co-Production service contact Charlotte Spirgel-Sinclair by telephone on 0330 0538122* or by email

Inspire First Point of Access Service are delighted to announce that they have extended their opening hours to include late night access to support until 8pm on Thursdays.

Lisa Grogen Inspire Project Co-ordinator said:
“We have responded directly to the needs and desires expressed by local Tower Hamlets residents. We will now open our First Point of Access Service until 8pm on Thursday evenings with immediate affect!

This flexibility means that people will be able to call or have direct access to 1-1 short term support after work or after the demands of a regular busy day.   Individuals seeking support and access to care may also contact us via email or via our ‘Live Chat’ facility on the website.

Our regular hours of 9am-5.30pm will be retained for the rest of the working week although we will continue to monitor this. Our aim is always to ensure that people have the right wellbeing support at the point of need within our community.”
