Last week, Inspire Consortium staff gathered to share their opinions on the things that have gone well since Inspire services in Tower Hamlets were launched. They also discussed improvements that could be made going forward.

The event started with staff being split into 6 groups playing a great Ice breaker called “2 truths, 1 lie”, where staff got to know their colleges a little better and see how good of a liar they were. Just for the recorded they were all terrible fibbers.

The Inspire Mental Health Consortium team discussed the definition of co production and came up with their own interpretations as a team. They then explored how co production works within the Inspire consortium. The day ended with a quiz on the day’s topics just to make sure everyone was paying attention.

Amy Colwill (Inspire Co-ordinator) said “This was a great way of keeping up to date with what is going on in the wider Inspire team and sharing ideas with colleagues. It was a great day for teambuilding and really helped us think about and discuss the way forward for all the organisations involved”.
